Needle Exchange Program
If you are an IV drug user who is not yet ready to enter into recovery, Deschutes County Mental Health has a needle exchange program. This program is designed not to enable addicts, but to keep them, and others, safe from the spread of HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis C. Clean needles are provided without pressure and without questions.
